Worrigee Medical Centre is dedicated to providing patients with accessible, equitable, affordable, high quality medical and nursing care.

 

All services are bulk billed except for private insurance medicals and reports. If there is a fee involved you will be informed when booking your appointment.

 

Long appointments are available please inform staff at the time of booking

Emergency appointments are available on the same day, please inform staff that you have an urgent problem and require an urgent appointment.

Home visits are available to qualifying patients please ask reception staff.

  • Early childhood & Adult Immunisations.
  • Baby & early childhood development checks.
  • Well women checks including PAP Smears and breast examination.
  • Well man checks.
  • Health assessments for all age groups.
  • Chronic disease management.
  • Care plans and case conferencing for patients with chronic illness.
  • ATSI Closing the Gap program.
  • Credentialed Diabetic Educator on site.
  • Mental Health Nurse on site.
  • Minor theatre for excision of skin cancers, foreign bodies, suturing lacerations & Implanon insertion.
  • Dressings, Ear Syringing, Doppler studies, ECG, INR testing and Spirometry on site.
  • Travel and Vaccine advisory service.
  • Pregnancy testing.
  • Drug and Alcohol counselling.
  • Telehealth consultations with Specialist.
  • Antenatal shared care.
  • Medicals for driving licence, insurance and recreational purposes.
